Although this blog is a little late in coming, I want you to know how thrilled and honored I am to be taking on this role for the next year! Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Kaiti Purse and I was crowned as Miss Provo 2012 on June 9th, 2012 (pictured with the incredible former Miss Provo, Meredith Gaufin [right]).
I am twenty years old, and I am studying public relations at Brigham Young University.
Provo has become a home for me in every sense of the word, and I have had so many incredible interactions with the amazing people in this community. It's only been a few months, and I can't wait for what is to come in the following year!
The two amazing young women that have been and will be at my side serving this city for the following year are 1st attendant Lydia Nelson (right), and 2nd attendant Macall Weight (left).
Lydia is started her first year at BYU this week, and Macall is also a freshman at UVU.
I very much look forward to meeting more of the stellar individuals that help make Provo the amazing city that it is! We are very eager to serve our community while filling this role.
